The ISDA Master Agreement is the standard documentation regularly used to govern over-the-counter derivatives transactions. The ISDA Master Agreement is the underlying contractual framework for all Transactions entered into on the Green Tiger Markets marketplace.

Published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., this documentation outlines the terms to be applied to one or more derivatives transactions between two parties.

In this session, Oliver Pearson (Head of Asia Pacific for GTM) was joined by guest speaker, Rafael Morales (Managing Partner of Morales & Justiniano) to guide participants through the basics of the ISDA documentation framework, including:
