John has worked in finance for well over 20 years including leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, DRW Commodities, and was the former CEO of Abaxx Exchange and Clearing in Singapore. He has deep expertise in most listed commodity futures markets where he has managed risk and traded proprietarily. John graduated from Princeton University with an Operations Research and Financial Engineering degree.

PRESIDENT

Carlos has been designing and deploying technology innovation solutions for over 25 years, including leadership roles at Andersen Consulting and American Express. A product strategist, veteran leader, software developer and artist, he draws on diverse skills to drive business growth. Carlos studied at the University of Chicago, London School of Economics and Harvard University.

HEAD OF ASIA-PACIFIC & GENERAL COUNSEL

Oliver is a specialist in Commodities, OTC and Exchange-traded derivatives with over 20 years’ experience across Asia-Pacific and Europe. Oliver was Senior Counsel for Goldman Sachs’ Global Markets and Commodities business in APAC between 2012 - 2020. He has deep experience in cash and physically settled commodities, and regulatory reform implementation for OTC derivatives in Asia-Pacific. Oliver studied Law at the University of Cambridge.

Suresh brings over 30 years’ business experience including work for General Electric, AT&T and American Express. Suresh is an e-commerce innovator, a Business Architect, a technology solution provider for Compliance, Legal and Corporate Ethics. Among his roles, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for a commodity exchange based in Singapore, and as a Senior Business Strategist for a Wealth Management business in the Caribbean.

Chiqui has 20 years’ experience in banking, managing a global mixed portfolio of high net worth individuals and corporate account focusing on growth and wealth fund management. Chiqui’s success is built upon cultivating and strengthening client and business relationships.

HEAD OF MARKET OPERATIONS

Alexis has over 15 years’ experience in customer support, call centre operations, quality management and training. His expertise in customer service lends itself to an instinctive approach to operations and service excellence. His ideals are anchored on the belief that technical expertise is just as important as building relationships, regardless of discipline.

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Andrew has over 10 years experience operating and investing in emerging markets globally. He was the founder of a leading VC-backed software company in the Philippines that was acquired in 2025. Previously he led a business development team for Alibaba in the Philippines. He started his career as an investment analyst at Equinox Partners, an emerging markets hedge fund in New York. Andrew graduated from Princeton University with a concentration in economic history.

MARKET OPERATIONS

Charles has 15 plus years of experience in operations and client relationship management, building trusted partnerships and elevating service delivery. He blends relationship stewardship with technical know-how across platform onboarding, reporting automation, and data-driven process improvement, to turn complex requirements into reliable results. He holds an MBA, grounding his approach in analytical decision-making, service excellence, and collaborative leadership.
